Help maintain gardens

The Howard County Conservancy welcomes Wednesday morning drop-in gardening volunteers to help maintain thematic and native plant gardens on conservancy property, Mount Pleasant Farm, in Woodstock. All levels of experience are welcome.

Grandview Heights: Consultants discuss rain gardens with city council

Representatives of Williams Creek Consulting, an Indianapolis-based ecological engineering firm, made a presentation at Monday's Grandview Heights City Council meeting about how the city might be able to encourage the use of rain gardens to help alleviate storm water flooding.
